Lovely south end town home. 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a shared hall bathroom and a full size washer and dryer in a hall laundry closet. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the other has a Queen bed. The second level is the main floor with the living area, dining area and kitchen. There is a large front deck off the living room with ocean views. There is also a full bath and bedroom behind the kitchen with a queen bed. Just a half block to the beach.and parking for 2 cars. House is under renovations and updated pictures will be posted when project is done. Rear shed in back yard is available for tenant use for beachchairs, etc.
