Close to recreation field and 59th street fishing pier! Highspeed wireless internet included. Check out webcamfor views at http://beachcam2.homeip.net:81/jview.htm.1st level: 1 BR w/2 twins, hall bath, rear BR w/double bed & queen sofabed & rear deck. 5 steps to Living Room w/front deck. 5 steps up the other way is kitchen, back BR w/Queen sofabed, card table & chairs, 1 full bath, rear deck w/grill & table seating 10. Next level has Master BR w/Queen bed & private Bath & deck. Top level is a dormer w/Queen bed, rear deck, & 2 fold out children s sleepers. This is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
