The staff was great as usual but the gym is not working at the moment which is the only negative but everything else is great. The breakfast is top-notch for a hotel of this caliber.

The employees were good but there was an issue with the room and that I was downgraded because of an error in a computer! I was given the wrong room because the computer does not match hotels.com for availability and the available rooms did not match their computers either. This ended up as an $18 overcharge for me. It's an easy fix by having The tech Guy match the broom layout with what people are seeing online. The online layout is more accurate than the computer at the hotel.

No security guards. The elevators with no a/c and people smoke marihuana on them and it stinks so much ! Also on the hallways the smell of that is very strong. The room is comfortable, also bed, bathroom clean . Room was fine and the breakfast was great ! I love that !

The Tv and heat didn’t work the breakfast was awful we won't be staying there again I'm a cancer person and my husband is a disabled veteran told them that we needed a down stairs room they tried to put us up stairs till my husband told them that i booked down stairs

Unreliable shuttle

Reception was too busy to answer the phone or read my emails because they were watching tv with headphones in a different room. The shuttle didn't show up at the time booked so since they were not at the hotel at the scheduled time had to waste another hour to wait for them.

You can't book the shuttle no matter how many times you call or email reception... Shuttle never showed up when requested so had to wait in cold rain for alternate transportation and almost missed the flight

I had to get an additional room and did not realize there was no doorknob on the interior of the bathroom door until my son got locked in the bathroom. Nothing was done to fix the issue or move us to another room. We checked out and went to Airbnb
