Nestled in a wooded area of Seabrook Island close to the Beach Club and Island House, this Summerwind Cottage is conveniently located just 1 mile from the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf courses. Featuring an open kitchen with granite counters and new appliances, you and your family will feel right at home is this comfortable cottage completed with upscale furnishings and careful attention to detail. This cottage will provide a comfortable home in which you can truly kick back, relax, and enjoy your get-away.
You are sure to love the comfortably appointed screen porch for relaxation or dining. The adjoining deck includes a Weber gas grill for your cooking enjoyment. The living space features high speed Wi-Fi connectivity along with a large sectional sofa, a wall-mounted flat panel TV and stereo.
Fully stocked, the kitchen has plenty of cookware, serving pieces and dinnerware. The kitchen is open to the dining space and provides an eat-at peninsula, a pantry to store your food, granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. The adjoining dining space has a beautiful round table with seating for 6.
Each bedroom has a TV, and plenty of space to store your things. The primary bedroom has a king size bed & is tucked on one side of the villa with a private bath & screen porch access. On the other side of the villa's living spaces are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bath. The home will accommodate 6 people comfortably.
Guests can stream using their own log ins or free streaming services.
The ground-level spaces include a comfortable seating area, a hammock and a shower perfect for washing away sand.
Seabrook Island is a private gated community located 23 miles from historic Charleston, SC. With ancient live oaks, towering palms, and abundant wildlife, the island is a beautiful retreat for vacationing. The beach is wide, clean, and three miles long. Dolphin play in the waters just off-shore. Deer are plentiful on the island and are frequently spotted while walking or driving around.
AMENITY CARDS FOR ACCESS TO THE CLUB ARE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. These cards give the rental guest access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Seabrook Island restaurants, golf, tennis and pickleball courts. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fee; indoor pool and fitness center/fees apply)
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
