You will love this absolutely charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Seabrook Island home. This cottage is the quintessential island getaway with spectacular views of the 12th hole of Crooked Oaks golf course. The mid island location is perfect for accessing all of Seabrook's amenities.
Set well back from the street and nestled on a beautiful wooded lot, you'll want to take advantage of the oversized deck spanning the back of the home. Once inside you'll be greeted by hard wood floors throughout, and a bright, light filled floor plan that has been completely updated. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with sunny bay windows and seating for 6+. The living room features cheery windows, a 55" HDTV for your entertainment and a ceiling fan. Off the living room you'll find the finished sun room with panoramic windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. The sun room also has a ceiling fan and built in bookcases. What a perfect place to enjoy your day! There is a door leading from the sun room to the deck that spans the back of the home with views of the golf course.
The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, Smart TV, and newly updated en suite bath. The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, tiled shower, marble floor and hair dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed with newly updated en suite bath. This bathroom features a quartz vanity, tile floor and tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en suite bath. This bathroom also has a quartz topped vanity with tile floor and tub/shower combination.
There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well. There is no access to the garage.
* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
