Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2025 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!

Cable and Wi-Fi are provided at no charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. (For entire villa occupants.) This card giveS you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities and pools.

Very Nice 2 bedroom 2 Bath Villa on 2nd floor located just as come past guard gate on Seabrook Island. The unit was perfect for my Brother and I visiting family who have full time house on Island. Seabrook Island blows away all other coastal islands in SC. FULL STOP!

This was a beautiful and clean property, perfect for 4 friends to reunite and spend a lovely week together! It was great to be located so close to the entrance of the resort and Molly was a great host, very helpful with answering all questions. The condo is pristine and very enjoyable. Light and airy with a great view of the tennis courts and right across the street from the Lake House where the gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool are located. Two bedrooms each with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Modern washer dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Good internet and television. Host is very accessible and makes things very easy. Super Charming place and I highly recommend it.

The rental was lovely in size, location and amenities. We couldn't have asked for a nicer host, as well. One thing that did not make our stay the absolute best was that the AC was not working. The thermostat and/or program/system didn't work properly, causing temps close to 80* on our important wedding event days.

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly. I would highly recommend this Villa.
