Check into this remodeled quintessential beach cottage and enjoy the Seabrook lifestyle just minutes from the beach. This elevated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spectacular enclosed sun room spanning the back of the cottage. The fully stocked kitchen is brightened by natural light. You will find new kitchen cabinets, Quartz countertops, and tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances are all new! The main living areas have been repainted and new flooring installed. Seat 4-6 at the dining table or dine in the sunroom. The adjacent living room area has a vaulted ceiling, Smart TV, ceiling fan and opens to the sun room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and en suite bath. Sliding doors open for access to the beautiful sun room.
The 2 guest rooms are on the opposite side of the cottage separated by a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. . The front guest bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle as well. It also has a ceiling fan!
The sun room adds wonderful extra space for relaxation and fun. Hang out and watch the Smart TV or gather for a fun night of cards and family games. Off the sun room is a small deck complete with propane grill.
This property also has a washer/dryer for your added convenience. Bring up to (2) family dogs to this property. (Additional pet fees per dog apply)
Conveniently located just 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf courses, you and your family and friends can enjoy a peaceful retreat while being close to so many of Seabrook Islands great amenities.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
