Ashburn is a modern contemporary holiday home in the heart of Seaview and a minutes walk from the sea. It sleeps 6/7 in three bedrooms (two doubles, one single with bunk beds), two bathrooms, sitting room and kitchen/dining room. There is a lovely landscaped garden with astro turf, paved area, lots of out door seating and a gas bbq. A perfect self catering home to enjoy a quiet holiday by the sea or from which to explore the Isle of Wight.
We offer car ferry tickets at a reduced rate for guests. Please ask for details at time of booking if you would like to take us up on this offer.

Fantastic Family Weekend

A great property in a lovely location! This home was just perfect for our family trip. A very high specification rental (inside and out) with a room layout that just worked for us. It was located in a lovely part of the Island - make sure you don’t miss the lovely restaurant nearby and the fantastic community shop filled with lovely local island treats! Would love to return here!

Great Base

Beautifully presented property with everything you could possibly need. Superb kitchen esp if you are into self catering. Wonderful private garden, a real sun trap. Excellent position within village and a good base for exploring the island. Veery quiet neighbourhood. Brilliant holiday .
