Beautiful Patio Lounge, Boat Parking, and Fenced Yard, 6 miles to beach~ Very Private~ Master Queen Bedroom with TV~ Spare Queen Bedroom with TV~ Luxurious Bathrooms**Simple tranquility ~ just minutes from the North County Aquatic Center (water park perfect for children of all ages), Ocean & Indian River**

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-$50 per pet fee is required. Non-disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Garage is not available to guests to park vehicles.
-No animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard at all times.
-House trained dog <20 lbs ok, no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or your animal.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests agree to clean the grill grates and grease trap after each use.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Always worth coming back to

This is our go to property for getting away from the winter months on Long Island. The house has everything we need to enjoy our 3 month stay. The host and owners are always available when an issue may arise and take care of it as quickly as possible. We love the location which has many activities that we enjoy.

Didn't get to do to much while in town hurricane Milton was knocking at our door. The owners of property had the storm shutters put on before the hurricane. For the protection of home and for us. Thank you for doing that. Hope to stay again in Feb

Cozy Little Home

Cutest little two bedroom/two bath home! It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill. Shopping and restaurants were very close by! Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. I always try to book one of his properties solely based on my interaction with him and his reputation!

Snowbirder’s Paradise

The house is perfect for a long term rental. The location is ideal. Easy access to many main roads is a plus. The house is beautiful and more than well equipped. The backyard is spacious with a very private patio area. As we experienced, last year, Eddie, our host is always available and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again next winter.

Great Place!

This property is exactly as it is presented on Vrbo. Clean, updated and everything works great. Also great place if you have a boat to store as there is a fenced back yard. You will not be disappointed. Eddie goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome!

Fishin’ Dream

The place was amazing. We were right down the road from salt water fishing and down the other side of the road from the premier bass fishing location in the US. The house was all we hoped it would be and more and we’ll definitely want to stat again when we visit clients.

Family visit for Thanksgiving

This property was absolutely perfect for us, and the host could not have been more responsive or communicative. We were a family of four and this house had plenty of space, comfortable and attractive furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms. We brought our small dog after communicating with the owner, and having the fenced backyard was fantastic. Location was very convenient for Sebastian and north Vero. Very happy with our stay here and will definitely stay again when visiting family in the future.

This is the second time I rented this house. I am always amazed at how clean the house is and the amenities that are there. I love the neighborhood and the proximity to stores, river restaurants and Sebastian Inlet. I plan on renting this home again in the future.

❤️ the house! Love the property manager!

We’ve been in a ‘ Verbo type ‘ situation for the past 8 months in Florida due to work. We’ve seen some lovely homes, cared for, clean, updated, large and small. Many would not rent to us because we have 2 adult cats. Eddie, the property manager did. He responded to a couple of special request that we made immediately. Was at the door within minutes. Responded by text or called within minutes. He’s the best property manager we’ve ever had. Better than many owners! The house is clean and nicely remodeled. The TV is 75”! The furniture is very comfortable. The bed is perfect. Heck, we even loved the neighbors on both sides. Although this house is small, it’s mighty in every other way. We’re headed to the gulf side now but hope we get the opportunity to return to this gem in the future!
