Waterfront Palm Cottage

This little Cottage is perfect. It is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom adorable and beautifully furnished cottage. It is located just across Main Street from San Sebastian Marina and Outriggers Bar & Grill. This little cottage comes with all sorts of extras. in addition to the beautiful San Sebastian River views, you will have unlimited usage of a boat ramp 24 hours a day while you stay which is a stone throw away from your front door. We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for you to explore our beautiful San Sebastian River. Depending upon availability and the size of your vessel a boat slip may also be included. This cottage is furnished with one queen bed, two twins beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Great spot. Just big enough for me abd my two grandkids. They loved the games and sitting on the stoop warching the sunset over the river.It woukd be helpful to have a covering for the front door for privacy.

Cute but needs attention

At this price range, we are used to having a more fully equiped kitchen. Outside yard is in need of cleanup and the whole cottage needs painting. Be aware that the cottage is on a main street, and traffic can be noisy at times. It is close to Publix and WalMart, which is a plus.Also, it is pet friendly, which is another plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house with many amenities

Wonderfully updated house, immaculately clean with tons of amenities We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the quick water access across the street Great home base for many day trips from New Smyrna Beach to Lake Okeechobee Highly recommend ! Sebastian has so many fun places to visit and enjoy the area. This house is perfect, owner and host responsive with all communications. Truly a gem!

Palm Cottage Vacation

Bungalow was very clean and cozy. Host was available if any questions came up. Restaurant close by was very convenient and provided excellent meals and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning for another vacation.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Our stay at Palm Cottage was great. The location was perfect for our boat. Penny was easy to reach if needed and was a gracious host. Micco has that old Florida feel and we loved it. We highly recommend this cute cottage to all. We had a blast.

Great little cottage near the water

On this Florida trip, we wanted to see some of the Atlantic coast and avoid all the high traffic, tourist areas. We really enjoyed the charm of this cottage and the flexibility of staying here. It was super easy to get away from it all while still being able to access the beautiful Atlantic coast and south Florida. Great hosts, everything was super clean and we had all that we needed.

Wonderful stay!

Me and my parents enjoyed our stay. Its across the street from a small Marina and Outriggers Restaurant. Its like living in the island. The house is nice and comfortable. It had everything we need and well decorated. The neighborhood is very quite and neighbors look out for each other. I wouldn't mind staying there again and I would highly recommend it.

Vacation and Move

During our move to the area we needed a place to stay, rest and hold up until we could close on our home. Palm Cottage fit the bill and more! We were conveniently located and enjoyed the view of the St Sebastian river as well as the amenities. Most especially the kayak. The host was very accommodating. The cottage immaculate and cozy. Fishermen’s Paradise!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Very clean, roomy, and it has everything you need. Plenty of parking in the back yard for our boat trailers. The owner was great, she communicated with us through out our entire stay. Docking our boats across the street at the Marina was perfect. We could see the boats from the house the entire time and it was great to just pack a cooler and walk across the street and head out fishing. The restaurant across the street was great too.. awesome food and beautiful river views.. We’ll definitely be back!!
