Entertaining your family and friends is easy with a well-equipped kitchen with all the kitchen essentials needed for a home-cooked meal and a private patio with BBQ for dining alfresco under Sedona’s sunny or starlit skies.
The southwestern feel flows through to the guest rooms and this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living area. A welcoming retreat to renew and refresh for another day of Sedona activities.

Getting Around:
There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Nepenthe Rules & Information:
It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.
