The open-concept living area features a plush new sofa, a contemporary gas fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a perfect hub for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dedicated dining area for 5 guests and seating for 2 at the kitchen bar counter. Tucked off the kitchen is a cozy corner complete with an accent chair and desk space, perfect for working from home.
Enjoy outdoor living with a fully fenced backyard and patio area. Adirondack chairs around a firepit set the stage for stargazing, storytelling, or summer sunbathing! The gas grill is ready for backyard barbeques, and it’s a safe and secure space for the little ones and pets to explore. Nearby Sunset Park has shaded play areas, sports courts, and trails, and welcomes leashed pets!
A separate entrance leads through the laundry to a converted garage space Casita, for your enjoyment. Simple and quaint extra space/bonus room for overflow or a moment of alone time. The Casita offers a kitchenette with a toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker! Queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom with walk-in shower, and smart TV.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, a full washer and dryer awaits, ensuring your stay is as seamless as possible.

Guests are expected to pick up after their pet. Bags are provided in the back yard. If feces are found on the property after check out, guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Getting Around:
There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
