A gas fireplace and Smart TV add cozy touches, while the layout flows naturally into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen - stocked with everything you need for long or short stays. A half bathroom and the primary suite are also located on this level.

The primary suite offers a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, along with a small deck with seating to soak up the views. The second bedroom, located downstairs, includes a desk and computer monitor for remote work, access to the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and sliding doors leading to a covered patio. This inviting outdoor space is furnished with a dining table, barbecue grill, and firepit—perfect for gathering under Sedona’s starry skies.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
