This modern cottage is your oasis from the hustle and bustle. Please note there is only one parking spot. You may bring well trained small to medium sized dogs.

This space features a bedroom and full bath with a queen daybed in the living room and a twin futon. Making this space great for a family or 2 to 4 friends traveling together.

There is an incredible restaurant across the road with a perfect latte or lunch a few minute walk gets you there this is my favorite aspect because it makes cooking and groceries optional.

We are excited to host all of you happy people or you folks who need a boost!

The space:
This home is soo special. It’s a dream cabin in a sweet neighborhood that sits on the creek. This is private access for homes that back the creek to access the creek you will need to head out to the public access. A short walk, about 8 mins, is the General Store which has world class food and coffee. A 15 minute drive into town for shopping and more dining. Everything is brand new and the home was just finished March 2020.

Guest access:
There is a fire-pit out back with a table a chairs to enjoy the calm. (some times it is no burn)

There is direct creek access if you go down to the bridge from The Grace Space but the the homes that sit on the creek own their access. Guests can drive a few minutes up the road to slide rock to go for a dip or there is a bridge that you drive over to get to the house and from there you are allowed to enter the creek, it’s a little steep so enter carefully.

Other things to note:
We have a regular coffee maker and Keurig. Please bring ground coffee. There is also a one cup coffee pour over coffee maker. You will need to bring coffee filters for this. (I have some but in case they run out) For making tea we have an electric water kettle and tea pot.

Internet:
Is good and you can stream.

The pictures/posting of this Vrbo were definitely a bit deceiving. We did appreciate the proximity of the home in regard to downtown Sedona, trailheads, and Slide Rock State Park. A description of how to get back to the house prior to arrival would’ve been very helpful, especially if you are arriving after dark. The road up to the house is rough so we are happy we had a car larger than a sedan. There must be something up with the shower drain as it began pooling water as soon as you turned the shower on and it took awhile to fully drain. In the “living area” and kitchen area, there is some sort of monitor or sensor that flashes green and blue lights very brightly. We had to close the bedroom door when going to sleep as the flashing was extremely bright once all the lights were off and I’m not sure how anybody would be able to sleep out in the living area with this flashing going on. Luckily, it was cooler at night and closing the door was not much of an issue but if it were any warmer outside, it would’ve been rough. We also did not receive any check out instructions so we gathered the trash and stripped the bed like we normally would but instructions would be appreciated. Overall, for the price, it was an okay stay and we enjoyed our time in Sedona.

The place was not very clean and had a lot of wall and door damage. There was also an abandoned vehicle in the parking area that belonged to a neighboring property. Parking was difficult with a pick up.

Lots of great things about this place - clean, comfortable, had pretty much everything we needed and great location. Not so great stuff- The bedroom left something to be desired- looks like a dorm room with someone’s random furniture they didn’t want. The whole place is in need of a fresh coat of paint. The back outdoor patio area needs to be cleaned up as well. Communication with the owner took 2 days for them to respond to my question

We stayed for 5 nights. with a lot of traveling, I can honestly say this was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was new and had every appliance you need. All clean and high quality. Walk in shower was really nice. beds were super comfortable. front porch has a great view and super comfortable furniture. every window is an awesome view. Very nice neighbors all around welcomed us and had great conversation. I would highly recommend this property for any couple for quiet, Quality, Cleanliness, and friendly neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood with all the amenities to sleep, eat and relax. Bumpy road to get to it through a a residential area. Not as private as I thought it would be by the pictures on Vrbo. Did see a javelina crossing the driveway up to cabin.

The property is in a great private location near the creek. Unfortunately the futon base kept falling down to the floor so it needs to be secured properly. The AC didn’t work very well but it cooled down overnight. The AC units have obnoxious blue lights that flash all night. The body wash bottle in the shower didn’t have a top. Overall it’s a good place for a quick overnight in the canyon if you want to avoid paying high prices at the resorts but it needs a little more attention to make it great.

This property met our needs perfectly as we had 2 couples and a dog. The kitchen and Bathroom were remodeled and really beautifully designed. The front porch was nice with 4 chairs and a clean propane grill.There are 2 portable AC units but the bdrm could get warm so leave the door open.The owner was responsive and is adding a fan. It's fully equipped. Great for birdwatching too.

We had to cancel at the very last minute due to the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law. NO WORKING AC, I asked prior to booking home and was advised there was 2 AC units. I arrived at home and turned on the AC, we had to leave because it was beyond hot. When we came back 2 hours after I called to clarify if I turned AC on correctly and left again due to it not being safe to stay in home like that. I called owner 3 times, texted, message via VRBO app and received no information. Once I stated I have to leave I will not be staying there I receive a short reply not fixing the issue but advising the AC had just been looked at. So owner was aware AC DID NOT WORK PROPERLY but still rented property. I have attempted to contact owner for a refund since I did not use home besides to leave luggage and attempt to cool down home which did not work.
