This property features single level living and 2,684 square feet, four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.



Entering through the front door, you step into the open floor plan main living space, holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: This room offers plentiful sofa seating (the sofa is a queen sleeper), a Smart TV and a cozy see-through gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for three, and a convenient bar area with bar sink.



Dining Area: This area offers a table with seating for eight guests.

Perfect for Girls Trip

The property is beautiful with plenty of room to stay and hang out at the home but also close to everything in Sedona. Only 2.5 hours from south rim of Grand Canyon and about 3 hours from antelope canyon/horseshoe bend.

Great family stay

Excellent single level layout with ample common spaces for a large group. Quiet West Sedona neighborhood with easy access to hiking trails in Dry Creek area as well as grocery stores etc. Property was very clean, except the hot tub ran out of chlorine and turned green - property manager had it looked into within 24 hours, but we lost 2/5 days of its use during our stay since it had to be drained and refilled. This was frustrating since the pool maintenance people had stopped in the day before but clearly didn’t check the chemicals. Other than the hot tub issue which was hopefully a one-off, we would highly recommend staying here. They provided a red rocks vehicle pass which was a nice touch!

Awesome property!

This house is amazing!! We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of exploring. There are towels specifically for spa use, thank you! It is centrally located. The four bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. The family room is perfect for family movie and game night. Everything in the house is comfortable and well taken care of. We used the grill for dinner and it was so clean! The dining room was perfect for family dinners. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedding/sheets are soft and comfy. The gas fireplace worked so well and added comfy ambiance. We absolutely LOVED staying at this house and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area. One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

By far the best home we have stayed at! The cleanliness and attention to detail was awesome!
