The kitchen provides everything you need for a wonderful meal along with brand new appliances, cook top, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator oven and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with a fully equipped complimentary coffee bar and watch a beautiful SUNRISE!
The master suite is complete with a king size bed, super comfortable upgraded bedding, sitting area, private access to the backyard wraparound deck, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Relax in the evenings with your private 55" wall mounted flat screen television! Master bath has an all tile shower and double sinks. This home has a split floor plan, additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed and 42" flat screen television, lots of closet space and private access to the backyard wraparound deck!
The third bedroom is large and offers a queen size bed and a twin size bed along with a 42" flat screen television. Both bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom with shower tub combo and double sinks.

Step outside to the wraparound deck and experience the breathtaking views that only Sedona Arizona can offer! The views are beautiful and ever-changing throughout the day. When the sun begins to set the red rocks actually glow!!!

We offer lots of seating areas on the deck along with a large brick patio complete with chaise lounges, barbecue grill and cooler. and a rose garden. Take a walk down the steps to the large grassy area and enjoy a game of corn hole or just sit on the benches and enjoy the view while eating a piece of freshly picked fruit off the trees. This property has apple, peach, plum and fig trees and the fruit is delicious!

As the sun begins to set you will most likely see a large family of javelina stroll through the neighborhood, often stopping by our home to enjoy the apples and peaches too!

This property is a half-mile from uptown Sedona and all that it offers. With a vast variety of boutiques, restaurants, gift shops and sightseeing you will be amazed at how close you are to everything but feel 1000 miles away once you’re in the home!

Located on nearly 1/3 of an acre, You will not find another property like this around with it's spacious yard and breathtaking views nestled up closely to the Sedona red rocks!
