- Upon entering, you are instantly greeted by a magnificent staircase with soaring 20ft+ ceilings. The open and bright living room presents you the Elephant Rock views in the top to bottom window walls. Ample seating, board games, and a 75’ streaming TV prepares your friends with all sorts of fun.

- A second living room with a mounted streaming TV next to the kitchen provides a separate area for different social activities.

- The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed for a delicious meals for your family. Amenities include
- Ninja professional blender, toaster, rice cooker, kettle
- Keurig coffee machine, coffee, and tea.
- Alexa virtual assistant

- The dining table accommodates 8 people comfortable.

- You will be amazed by all the backyard amenities to offer

- Pool is heated to 78 degrees and and Hot tub is available year around. The HEATING IS INCLUDED in your stay. If for any reason, they are not working, a refund of $50/night for each item would be issued.

- BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:

This two-story house boasts 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the second floor. The first floor guests share one full bathroom and it is accessible without entering any bedroom. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and high quality beds and mattresses.

- Master Bedroom - Stay in this King suite on the second floor, which features a 5-piece full bath, jetted tub, double headed shower, gas fireplace, and a huge walk-in closet equipped with a pack & play. Wanna experience Sedona's famous red rock view or stargazing? Come and sit at the balconies with incredible landscape perspectives. You will be in awe every evening as you watch the colors shift from pinks to red and orange.

- Bedroom 2 - The second King suite on the second floor has an attached private full bath, skylight, streaming TV, and beautiful views.

- Bedroom 3 - Lie on the Queen bed in the third guest bedroom on the first floor, you will be facing the red rock views from dawn to dusk.

- Bedroom 4 - The fourth guest bedroom on the first floor offers a comfortable Queen bed, and a dedicated working desk with a 32'' monitor. A full bath with a shower tub combo is shared with guests of the same floor. This bathroom is accessible without entering into bedroom 4.

- Bedroom 5 - Traveling with kids? This bedroom connects with bedroom 4 , and hosts a twin-over-full bunker bed.

- Game room - Did I mention a bonus game room on the first floor? A pro 54'' official size foosball table and a 42'' air powered hockey table provides fun time of all ages.

- Laundry: On site full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the second floor. Even the laundry room has spectacular views!

- Internet: Fastest Internet at Sedona with mesh Wi-Fi around the house accommodate your working and entertaining needs.

- Trash: every Wednesday (staff will take can out and bring back up driveway). Recycling is co-mingled with the trash, please flatten the boxes.

- Pool Cleaning: Thursday
- Yard Maintenance: Twice a month (day varies)
