Unfortunately, there was a men's hockey team on the floor above us and they were partying until almost 4am which was extremely loud but front desk couldn't help as they 'only had 1 security guard on staff that night'. There was also a Keurig coffee machine in the room however, no coffee pods!

Very nice staff. Room was clean with a comfortable king bed. Unfortunately the fridge was loud and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable which made sleeping almost impossible.

We had a great stay! However, the pool area needed a good clear. The were a lot of partially clogged floor drains with hair and lint and a number of floating hair clumps in the pool. It was enough that it was noticeable and made it feel kind of dirty.

We were looking forward to our stay here, but upon checkin at 8:00pm were informed there were several hockey teams staying at the property. I was not hopeful about this and asked to be moved to a different floor. Because the hotel was fully booked, they indicated that they could not move me. They shared that the teams had been given instructions, and that if there were any problems I could reach out to the front desk. As suspected, the kids were rangy, running up and down the halls, playing mini sticks in the hall and outside the elevator, yelling and screaming, and completely unsupervised (all of which went agains the posted "rules"). There were adults standing in the hall near our room drinking and being loud. At midnight someone knocked on our door repeatedly looking for their son (and effectively waking my children up, again!). This all went on until 1am, despite having talked to folks myself and having called the front desk. I feel they should have been enforcing their "rules" more strictly to ensure that other guests were not infringed upon and disturbed. The next morning upon complaint they moved us to another room on a different floor, but we had to check out and then check back in later. The new room had a broken bed (crater on the one side), a heating unit that didn't work, and receptacles that didn't work. While the staff were very sympathetic and kind, we will not being staying here again nor would we recommend it.

The main thing that kept this stay from being five star is that too many of the guests allowed their children to make noise and run the halls late at night, not sure how to solve but did disturb is both nights until after 12am.Perhaps thicker noise cancelling doors and a hot tub in pool area . Otherwise was a great stay.

Other than the pool, 10/10 stay

The beds were comfortable, the hotel was central to downtown, and the staff was amazing. The only downside was, while the pool room itself was warm, the actual pool was COLD!

Due to weather and road closings we were unable to attend. We asked for a partial refund and we were refused. We had no control of weather and the closings. After repeated attempts the hotel. refused. We have stayed at his site in the past and loved it !! Truly Hotel.com stated they made several attempts to contact hotel to investigate and they stated that they couldn't get thru. I tried 3 times and got thru twice twice. Again ....the place was nice to stay.
