The rustic 18th-century farmhouse covers 100 hectares of land and has been family-run for nearly 40 years.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, its extraordinary location allows you to fully enjoy a profound tranquility that enhances the colors, scents, and landscapes you'll find yourself immersed in, as if by magic. Centuries-old oak forests, perfect for long, refreshing walks, alternate with ancient olive groves. These trees are made noble and magnificent by the Olivastra Seggianese, a wild, native plant that produces a unique type of olive.

The organic farm features 5 independent apartments, a large swimming pool, and panoramic views on all sides of the farmhouse. Breakfast is available on request. Within a 25 km radius, you can visit the most beautiful thermal spa towns like Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo, or explore charming medieval villages such as Pienza, Montalcino, and the impressive Mount Amiata.
