We picked this location for the waterfront location and closeness to the downtown Burlington. It was good for one night stay. We would not recommend the breakfast but there are lots of options around the hotel to enjoy your meal.

Property was within walking distance of a variety of stores. The paid parking is something thag needs to be addressed, because they charge per night whether you have a spot to park or not. That’s a problem. Otherwise it was an okay stay, there’s no hot tub and the gym equipment is lacking.

Parking is not guaranteed! Depending on what is happening in the area, which is a very popular place to visit, you can be find there's no place to park in their shared parking area with the visitors to this popular area. They will remove parking fee if you can't find a place to park, how nice of them. They should have 1/2 of the parking reserved for the hotel, this would solve the problem. Plus, restaurant sucks, food ad drinks are very expensive with low quality ingredients. Soup is the best deal, get that and avoid all other food items is my advice. You are paying to get a nice view of the lake, its right on the lake, so location is ideal. Good pizza in the area, eat in your room on in the large park next door if you are looking for the same view without the expense of eating there.
