Apartment 2:
The 80sqm large and light flooded duplex apartment 2 (right) is located in our new house. It has a separate entrance. The 38 square meters large living area features a comfortable kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave and other utensils. For cold days there is a fireplace ready (wooden receive a fee). A large 3D TV with Blu-ray player brings you an entertaining cinematic experience into the living room. In the apartment you will also find a selection of music CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray's and board games. A guest bathroom is located off the living area. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper area where another shower / toilet is located. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk with internet connection. In the second bedroom are located as required and consultation twin beds or another king-size bed. Then you will move through a more convenient staircase to the gallery of a loft with two single mattresses. For younger children we provide a high chair and cot. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are ready for you. The underfloor heating ensures a constant and pleasant warmth to relax. The terrace (south side) with garden furniture and a barbecue for warm weather to linger. If necessary, free total of 8 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, 2 child seats and bicycle helmets available. In the basement community see washer and dryer, and a spacious sauna with shower and relaxation area.

Your Holiday Accommodation - ideal for families Our newly built house is located on a separate Grundstückin a quiet residential area. In the house two comfortable maisonettes are adjacent. These can accommodate a total of 12 people. Each apartment has its own parking Quiet, yet central location, directly at Buchenwald and in close proximity to two beautiful beaches. The South Beach is just a few minutes. To pier is about 700 m. The big Edeka market is located in the sea world, which is only 300m away from the house. The bus stop can also be reached in 300 m and the railway station of the Rasender Rolands in about 600 m. For hikers and cyclists an ideal starting point.

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
