Only a few meters to the beach. You have made a good choice. The Residenz Seeblick is a modern, bath-style renovated apartment house right on the Baltic Sea. There is an apartment with a balcony in a privileged location. Only a few meters to the beach of Sellin and the pier, the symbol of Sellin speak for themselves. In the house is the reception, where you will receive your keys. All flats reach barrier-free with a glass elevator. The apartments are modernly equipped and have a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. The rooms have cable TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. You can park your bicycles in and around the house. For each apartment is a parking space available. All apartments have a furnished balcony. From April to the end of October, we deliver breakfast sandwiches to your apartment door on request in the morning. A sauna, solarium and whirlpool, as well as a washer and dryer are available in the common areas for a fee. Please note, this house is a Non smoking house, smoking is possible on the balconies.
