The Penthouse Zirm apartment in Mühlwald offers stunning mountain views across two floors. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower, WC, bidet, a guest WC, and accommodates up to 13 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with workspace, TV, a shared washing machine in the guest laundry, children’s books and toys, as well as a table tennis table and pool table. Three high chairs and baby cots are provided.



The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and two balconies. Guests also have access to a shared garden with barbecue and playground. Nearby are a reservoir with climbing wall, the Speikboden cable car, Chemnitzerhütte, and Obermairalm. A free bus stop is just 250 meters away. E-bikes can be charged free of charge, and the Meggimasee with restaurant is 800 meters away.



One parking space is available on the property, with additional free street parking. There is also a storage room for motorcycles, bicycles, and ski equipment. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted. An EV charging station is available.



Guests can purchase organic beef and homemade organic products on site. Nordic walking poles are available to borrow. Please note, the farmhouse stove is not for guest use. Electricity is partly supplied by wind and solar energy. The accommodation uses energy- and water-saving features, sustainable insulation, and provides information on proper waste separation.
