Finca Ca'n Calona, ​​is a special place to relax and enjoy the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful sunsets.
You can also enjoy swimming in the private saltwater pool, chlorine free, with its dimensions of 8mx4m.
On the solarium terrace you can rest on the outdoor bed and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
The house is located in a fully fenced 7000m2 farm where children can play freely.
The farm is away from urban noise, but very close to the towns of Caimari and Selva, 1 km away. There are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner.

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Ca’n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our “big shop” in Inca and then picked up our “bits” in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if you’re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet it’s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Charming property in stunning location

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop. Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter. Overall a lovely villa in a stunning location

The property was everything we had hoped for.The facilities were first class and the position of the house in the country side was so peace full .And after a week in Palma which was so very busy we found it to be just what we wanted .The pool was the ideal way to cool down.I hope we can return sometime in the future. Relaxing Stay in Selva

My family and I had a very relaxing time staying at the villa. It is a well equipped, comfortable space in a beautiful relaxing setting. The view from the outside dining table on the patio of the pool and mountains was just beautiful. We watched birds of prey circle the sky and watched the sun go down over the Sierra Tramuntana. Nearby goats and a lovely friendly donkey were great company. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. We arrived to a chilled bottle of Cava in the fridge and a fabulous platter of mixed hams and local cheese. We loved the rural aspect of the villa. We had a hired car and traveled to many parts of the island, always pleased to return back to the cool quiet and serenity of the villa.

Amazing peaceful place to stay

We have just spent a week at Toni’s Finca and we are in LOVE! We have been to villas in Majorca 4 times and this is the best ever for us. Such a well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. It’s hard to find somewhere for 2 people but clearly this Finca can take more it also is amazing for a couple. Then pool is well maintained and just perfect in such a private garden. No neighbours but goats, chickens and a donkey - the MOST peaceful place we have stayed in. We walked to Caimri in 20 minutes it is tiny with 3 restaurants - all offering something completely different. But do be honest we went to the supermarket in near but Selva to get everything we needed e and spent all our time in the beauty of the Finca. We did drive the 4km to Inca to go to Aldi one day but we decided the small Selva option is fine. This place is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. It has everything you need in the kitchen and provides everything from books, games and even sun hats and umbrellas! The welcome plate of fruit and cold meats as well as cold drinks, water and ice creams was most unexpected but wonderful. We met Toni and his Papa on our second day and they came with olive oil and vinegar - just to check all was ok. We had ongoing contact with Toni throughout or stay just checking all was ok. The added extras of the bikes, hammock, outdoor bbq and place house for children were lovely. There is nothing that we can write that will represent the smell of the massive rosemary bushes in an evening outside when there is nothing to hear. Watching The birds (with the binoculars) provided during the day and stars at night sitting on the outside chairs will remain as a memory until we return. We will go back. This is a truly amazing Finca owned by a lovely family. We can’t recommend it enough - a family of 4 or 5 would be perfect for this too but if you are a couple like us it’s a slice of heaven that you will not want to leave.

a wonderful stay in a beautiful house

As with all the other reviews, it really is a great location and space in which to unwind and enjoy this lovely corner of the island. Very near to Caimari, it offers a bit of everything - good local markets (Inca) beautiful walking country, cycling, local architecture etc - but probably most, just hanging out by the pool with those amazing views. Only downer for us was the weather, which was wierdly stormy, rainy and cold but no matter - we made the most of the cosy inside area! And Toni was really helpful and attentive as a host - thanyou! This accommodation exceeded our expectations and the owners have clearly thought through the needs of a family on holiday. They were very accommodating of our delayed flight and met us in person to run through all the information regarding the accommodation and surrounding area which was very helpful. The villa was immaculately clean, perfectly equipped and very comfortable with the most amazing mountain views. The area is rural and rustic, giving you an authentic and relaxing experience, with the conveniences you need in very close proximity.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in einer wunderschönen Finca, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Der Blick auf Caimari und auf das Gebirge sind ganz wunderbar. Wer gerne Rennrad fährt, hat hier zudem einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Aber auch wenn man für sich sein möchte und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Da die Finca eher ländlich gelegen ist, waren auch täglich verschiedene bellende Hunde zu hören. Toni war immer super hilfsbereit, sofort erreichbar oder auch vor Ort. Für uns war alles perfekt. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet und besonders hat uns das große Grundstück gefallen. Man kann super draußen im Schatten sitzen und den umwerfenden Ausblick genießen oder man springt in den herrlichen Pool zur Abkühlung oder schwingt sich mit einem Buch in die Hängematte. Wir haben wirklich alles genossen. Danke liebe Christina und Toni,wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het huis was prachtig, van alle gemakken voorzien en het privézwembad maakte het helemaal af. Vooral het uitzicht was adembenemend, elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n panorama is echt bijzonder.Het verblijf ligt bij Selva, een charmant en rustig dorpje met gezellige restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De locatie is perfect als je op zoek bent naar rust, maar toch de rest van het eiland wilt verkennen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat een auto noodzakelijk is om je goed te kunnen verplaatsen.Al met al een fantastische plek voor een ontspannen vakantie. Wij komen zeker graag nog een keer terug!

Sehr schöne Finca

Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben 2 Wochen auf dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt. Ein Traum war der Pool bei der großen Hitze. Die Aussicht auf das Dorf Caimari und die Berge sind toll. Ein schöner Urlaub für Leute die Ruhe suchen. Danke Toni für deine Gastfreundschaft! Toni war stets erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einen super entspannten und tollen Urlaub in Ca'n Calona verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt super zentral und sehr ruhig auf Mallorca und bietet so den idealen Ausgangspunkt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel gut erreichen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wunderschöne kinderfreundliche Unterkunft

Alles war super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und easy und sehr freundlich. Das Spielhaus war perfekt für unsere 3jährige. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm für warme Tage. An kalten Tagen und in der Nacht kann es drinnen kühl werden aber mit dem Kamin war es dann doch gemütlich. Alles in allem wirklich super und weiterzuempfehlen.
