Great place to bring your kids

We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain.

Overall an excellent stay. Unfortunately we had a bad checkin experience with respect to the room. However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. This was very much appreciated, especially those of Hermi and Diana. We will definitely consider booking at Somerset group.

Quiet and spacious location. About 11 mins walk to Legoland. For time being, breakfast is grab n go due kitchen under renovation. Front desk staff very friendly. Smooth checking in and out.

10 min walk to Legoland, through Medini Mall which has food options and a supermarket. Much cheaper than Legoland hotel. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because it's bento boxes. As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. Easy enough to go around with Grab.

We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. Walking distance to Legoland although we did not visit it this trip.
