Can Grau Petit, is a charming rural house located in the peaceful area of Sencelles, surrounded by vineyards and nature. Its cosy atmosphere and single-storey layout make it a perfect choice for those seeking privacy and comfort in an authentic Mallorcan setting.

The house features a living-dining roomwith direct access to the covered terrace, alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m)and the other with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m), sharing a full bathroom.

Outside, the furnished porchwith views of the garden and poolcreates a perfect space for relaxation. The private pool(8 x 4 m, depth 1.2 m to 1.9 m) is surrounded by natural lawn, providing an ideal setting to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquillity. There is also a barbecue areafor outdoor dining and, of course, an enjoy a wonderful al fresco evenings.

Can Grau Gran: The Main House for Large Groups

Just a two-minute walk away, within the same estate, lies the main house, Can Grau Gran. This spacious and independent property offers accommodation for up to 32 guestsor, alternatively, 24 guests, depending on the chosen configuration. Spread over two floors, it features two swimming pools, extensive gardens with natural grass, and various leisure areas, ensuring a comfortable stay with multiple spaces for relaxation and entertainment.

Thanks to this combination of accommodations, Can Grau Petitand Can Grau Gran, can be booked together, offering a total capacity of up to 36 guests(32+4) or 28 guests(24+4), allowing families and groups to share their stay while maintaining independence and privacy. Subject to availability in both houses on the calendar.

Can Grau Gran Cancellation Policy:a) A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for cancellations up to 90 days before the date of arrival.b) Between 89 and 60 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.c) Between 59 and 30 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price will be charged.d) Between 29 days before the date of arrival or in case of Non Show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.
