I called the hotel itself to confirm if the pool is open as it was indicated it's under renovation in expedia.The lady I spoke with answered the question and tried to book me already thru the phone.I told her I am going to book thru expedia and she started talking about trouble that I may encounter if I book thru expedia.and was pushy that I should book with her over the phone.Not to mention, the price she is giving me is actually MORE expensive than what I can get from expedia.So I told her I never had issues with Expedia and was firm that I will do the booking my self.The call was recorded if it needs to be reviewed, date was Oct 11 at noonish.. As per the pool, my kids love it.There are 2 options of sauna: dry or steam which is great.There is life guard on duty and pool toys are provided.The life guard lady on duty on the night of Oct 11 was nice and welcoming.BUT there were swimming lesson happening in the pool and one of the swimminh instructor told us to move on the other side because they need the lane for the lesson which is not possible too because it is being used by someone.The HOTEL admin must make sure guests are being accomodated FIRST in the pool rather than being squished in one spot because all these swim lessons are being held.

This was probably the 8th time I've stayed here - including during a profound and extended family crisis. the staff are lovely, the rooms well appointed, the location very convenient and the rates fair. I'll be back. ps: you need to work on your smoked meat sandwich. I had one on September 21 and it was God awful - inedible.

Facilities and room are Spartan and clean. No benefit to being a Gold+ member. Rooms not cleaned during stay. Only minimal basics provided. Prices for food and nonalcoholic beverages are expensive even by hotel standards. At check-in I was advised that we’re in a high auto theft area and steering lock (provided) is advised.
