Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Tldr: Hotel is run-down, bad cleanliness, Wi-Fi is bad, black mold, dirty air filters, missing amenities in the room, check-out is at 11am, but I was being kicked out by housekeeping at 10 am, common areas and the rooftop terrace are in bad-shape. At least the view is nice.
Long version:
The hotel doesn't look like the pictures, the property is definitely run-down, I had 2 rooms, and the MDF furniture surfaces are either peeling or swelling. The common areas are in bad shape, the rooftop terrace I'm sure was amazing once, but not anymore. The view is nice on the top at least.
Cleanliness is horrible, other reviews were right. The lobby was somewhat decent, but once you get to the elevator it turns into a mess.Weird blotches everywhere, stained carpets, stained metal surfaces and so on.
The AC in my room had black mold on the vents, I used a tissue to check if it wasn't just rust but and it was indeed black mold.Additionally the air filter on the AC was full with dust and spiderwebs.
Moved to another room, the air filter on the AC was full of dust but no mold at least. The room was missing the TV which I don't mind, maybe you do, and no Wi-Fi, I had to connect to the neighboring room's Wi-Fi, speed was terrible.
On check-out day housekeeping went into my room at 10 am. Check-out is at 11 am, I was out buying a coffee across the street, came back and found them inside. They told me I needed to take my stuff and leave. What exactly do they clean anyway?
