Check in was fast. Room is large and clean. However did not have a good night rest as the air condition is very noisy when it cut in and out.

Convenient bus and dining facilities are complemented by exceptionally helpful staff who readily provide directions and dining recommendations. Nice hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, maybe just need microwave in the room esp during the cold season so we can heat our coffee or food.

The room and washroom had lots of room. There were lots of different food choices near the hotel. The subway was close by as well making it very convenient. The only trouble i had was the vent was a bit noisy. Had a staff take a look and replaced a filter but it was still noisy. The staff said it was within the allowable noise level. I didny pursue further as i was only there a couple nights.

Everything was so basic. The room was extremely hot and there was no way to get the temperature down without opening the window in winter. They charge you if you lose your key card. There are better places in Seoul to stay. Location is decent.

Good Location, Comfortable Hotel

Hotel is conveniently located near Myeongdong only being a 15min walk to the underground shopping Center and the street market. Additionally there is public transport both train and bus stations near by (5min walk) so it is a well connected hotel. The room we stayed in was very spacious which allowed us to open two big suitcases and still have space to move around. The staff are very friendly and very nice. On one of our days we accidentally left our safe open and when we came back everything was still there (jewellery and electronics), so it is very safe.

Enjoyed our stay, for the most our room was cleaned daily but not everyday. Didn’t get to use the pool, or restaurants on site. Located mins away from City Hall public transport link, lots of steps to enter but a lift is available from street level. (Not step free though)

We really feel that we lucked out in the location. The hotel does not have the area name- but is so close to everything! The hotel was super comfortable! Loved the shower, bed and room! Staff was wonderful in all areas! Until next time .. we loved it!

Happy Stay

The location was great! Close walk to train stations and Namdaemun Market. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel has a money transfer machine, very convenient. Staffs were all lovely!
