Amazing customer service and kind staff. Rooms were large and very comfortable. They offered an iPad to choose additional luxuries like a pillow menu, mattress toppers, robes or additional water. Service was top notch. The buffet was beyond impressive. My guest had a gluten allergy and the restaurant manager went out of her way to bring over the chef and walk her around the entire area to show her the safe options for her to have as well offering to make her custom dishes. They were just amazing. We loved our stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the palace. Their amenities are top notch and I really enjoyed their fitness and spa. There are a lot to see and good restaurants within the walking distance from the hotel, so I had an amazing time while I was there. I highly recommend this hotel!

Luxury Hotel in center Seoul

Luxury hotel in the middle of Seoul. The bed is very comfortable and the room is modern and comfortable. The pool was ok and the Charles H bar was cosy and nice.

This hotel is fabulous! Very clean, elegant, exquisite decor. Friendly staff. Excellent location. We received an upgraded room located in a corner, very spacious & wonderful view. The bed was heavenly! Everything here is top notch. You can also book your tour to DMZ through the hotel, great experience (ask for Marshall as your guide). Will be back very soon!

One of the best I’ve ever stayed in

One of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had. I hardly ever write reviews on here but have made hundreds of hotel stays in various countries and never experienced such good service for such a reasonable price. They gave us absolutely anything we needed, we were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they had gifts ready at check in, and any time we had a turndown service new trinkets would appear in the room to suit what we needed. Hotel itself was excellent, views were very nice, free underground parking was provided for the duration of our stay. Minibar and hotel restaurants were very expensive compared to the local area, but that is to be expected to cater to international business travellers. One final detail that made a big difference to us is that the hotel have a babysitting agency they work with, who can provide in-room babysitting so you can enjoy a parent’s night out.

Everything was good except for the concierge service. Before arrival I asked for two restaurant reservations. It took a long time to get a response and in the end, no reservations were made. I had to ask a friend who lives in Seoul to do it for me.
