Convenient location, staff were friendly. I ordered room service several times. The food was good, and staffs were kind. Room was spacious. I would have appreciated more if the housekeeping was done more thoroughly, including cleaning or replacing cups. The chair at the desk was very uncomfortable. No room for legs. Also, I felt odd how they charged a tiny toothpaste, although I stayed over 7 nights. All other hotels in Korea gave toothpaste for free. Strange stingy policy. I would still go back, because the location is really convenient for my business trip.

This is solidly a four star hotel in terms of its design, intent, presentation and delivery. The hotel is in an excellent location and has large rooms. Our room had a kitchen with a separate seating area and a separate dining area, which was a known bonus. Our room was really clean and we would stay here again. It is also worth mentioning that this hotel had a sauna on the top floor with indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Very nice overall.

Jinny was absolutely amazing and helped me with my special sleeping requirements. The entire front concierge team were on the ball, attentive to everything that we were even thinking about before we even asked and supportive in every way possible. The cleaning staff that cleaned Suite 908 for our one week stay ending on January 2 was so friendly and patient. It was unbelievable. I will be sending a email to Mason Lee, the manager directly to thank him for the quality of his staff and the commitment to service excellence. Amazing people, amazing venue, amazing location, and we will be returning for an extended stay next year.
