This is not what I would consider a four star hotel. None of the staff would help me with my luggage even though I told them I had injured my wrist. The carpets were dingy and the room did not look anything like the pictures. There was no room service and the one restaurant only had two options for dinner, neither of which was appealing. Would not recommend.

The room was neat and bed was comfortable. Standard room. Carpet a bit stained. The main hall very attractive and welcoming. Breakfast was expensive but very good and deliscious. Restaurant in the same complex. Location was not ideal but close to Incheon Cruise port. Chinatown was walking distance. Not too many stores, mostly local restaurants. SEOUL was quite a distance. Worthbthe drive! very easy to get a taxi, staff helped and very pleasant. Fairly priced.

Bel hôtel, mais ce n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles selon les standards américains. Mon 3 étoiles à Séoul était mieux. Somme toute, le prix était correct. En fait, c’est un ancien Best Western recyclé. À noter que la piscine n’existe plus même si on la montre sur les photos.

Great location just a block from Chinatown with lots of places to eat. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were also very friendly. There’s a traditional market close by with underground shopping.
