Hotel President staff were really professional, kind, and helpful. The property was very clean. The location of this hotel was in walkable distances from the main attractions and areas I was interestedin. Hotel President was also close to main bus and train lines. I was in Seoul for BTS 2025 Festa. I used all forms of transportation and had no issues. The cafe had the best iced hazelnut latte. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great location near Seoul City Hall with great access to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also near the Subway station but I did not use it this time.

The lobby, elevators, hallway of the rooms look new and feel nice. But the room inside feels old. It really felt like an old American hotel from the 80s. Windows are extremely dirty. Only 1 hook in the bathroom. The receptionists are rather ‘cold’, no smile no matter which one was there, and there were 5,6 of them during the 2 days I stayed there. Maybe it’s the culture?

It is 30 floor hotel and there is one room in 16th floor which has air-conditioning systems, water tower, pumping etc in front of the window. I asked them to change the room and they told me they have no equivalent one and asked extra money for an antique room which was really bad.

Hotel President was great! It was in a very good location, price was reasonable, close to subway stations, restaurants and shopping! Also had a CU convenience store close by. Laundry services and gym was good! Would definitely stay again!
