great location for tourists - everything very conveniently around the block. excellent breakfast buffet to start off your day. getting to the reception on 19th floor is a bit tricky - not adequately marked.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and walkable to transport or attractions. Food was literally at the doors good food as well. Food stalls in the next street at night restaurants everywhere biggest problem is deciding where to eat. Shopping is in the area from expensive brands to your cheap market shops. Lots to do with hardly leaving the area.

This hotel is right in the midst of the Myeongdong shopping area and night markets, so it is great for the first time traveller. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet serving both western and Korean dishes. The hotel is clean. There are two washing machines and dryers for guest to use but very expensive - about $5 to wash and $5 to dry - and the dryers don't dry fully. That's the only criticism I have. Staff very helpful.
