The location is very convenient. The room is quite big, only the toilet is quite small and there is no separate shower room which make the whole toilet floor wet after showering. The owner didn't provide us any wifi egg as promised earlier.

Stayed 2 nights with wife and teenage daughter. This is a studio apartment with a kitchenette and washer, and a toilet/shower, and a loft over the toilet. It is conveniently located in the business district with lots of banks and office buildings, and within a few minutes walk from Jonggak metro station. The owner provides clear detailed instructions to the apartment after we booked, and we had no difficulty finding it. The place is clean, with 2 double beds which can sleep 4 persons comfortably. There's a loft with 2 mattresses which can sleep another 2 persons, but it will not be as comfortable due to the low ceiling. An adult can barely sit up. Unfortunately, past guests have not taken good care of the premises and wear and tear is evident. The air conditioner doesn't seem powerful enough for an apartment this size. If you're not very picky, this place is a decent place to stay for the price.

Great location and great for small families.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Bus stop right outside. 4 minute walk to subway line 1. Owner was very communicative. Perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Аппартаменты в центре города.

Жили двое родителей и дети ( 19,14,10 лет). Из плюсов хорошее расположение. Близко к метро, императорского дворца и торговых улочек, где много разных заведений для утоления голода :) Этаж 11. За два дня до заселения хозяин пресылает подробный отчет как заехать в квартиру. Все просто. Внизу классная кафешка Париж Багет.Там продают разную вкуснаую выпечку. Так же есть продуктовый магазин.. Недалеко Бургер Кинг. Из минусов, верхний этаж совсем маленький. Ванная с туалетом тоже неблльшая. Соответствие цена и качества 50/50

다시는 이용하지 않겠어요

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 급하게 잡은 숙소라 6인이 사용하기에는 매우좁았지만 잠만 잘곳이였기에 좋은편이였어요. 침구류는 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 이외의 모든 부분의 최악이였네요. 6인비용을 지불했음에도 식기류는 3-4인용등 제멋대로였고 화장실 변기커버 고장에 낡은 화장실문은 잠기지않았고 문에는 곰팡이가 잔뜩 껴있었습니다. 눈딱감고 지내려했으나 결정적인건 tv와 에어컨 상태였어요. tv는 전원이 제멋대로 온오프되고 에어컨은 계속 가동해도 기온이 잘 떨어지지않았고 가동소음이 심했으며 심지어 물도 떨어졌습니다. 이러한 불편하고 궁금한 사항을 알려준 전화로 문자도 보내고 통화도 시도했으나 받지도 답장도 없었어요. 오로지 메일로만 연락한다고하더군요. 온라인으로 예약한 숙소가 이런식의 일처리하는건 처음 경험해봅니다. 티비 수리가 불가하다고하여 항의하자 이만원 환급해주더군요. 그렇게 끝내고 싶었어요. 그런데 숙소를 체크아웃한뒤 드뎌 주인으로 부터 전화가 왔습니다. 물건 없어진것이 있다고! 아이가 실수로 에그를 갖고 와서 돌려주었습니다. 전화통화불가가 영업규칙이라더니 자신이 필요할때 통화를 하더라구요. 투숙객이 여러번 연락했을때는 답문자한번 하지않더니ㅠㅠ. 뒤의 일처리를 경험하고 농락당한 기분이 들었습니다. 해당 오피스텔 운영자가 다른 투숙객에는 이러한 행동을 하지않도록 꼭 관리부탁드립니다. 이 숙소를 예약하시는분들은 위의 사항을 꼭 고려하시길바래요. 실제 방은 사진보다 훨씬 낡았습니다. 복층 천장은 성인이 앉아있을수없는 높이로 두명이 간신히 잘수있는 넓이입니다, 4인이상 투숙할 공간이 아닙니다.

2泊3日で バスタオル フェイスタオルが各1枚ずつ 洗濯機が設備されいたのですがハングルが読めず洗うこともできず。使用方法を書いた紙が欲しい。 またバスマットもなく不便でした。 益善洞には歩いて行ける距離です。

Een super tijd in Seoul mede door deze locatie.

Een fijn appartement wat ruimte biedt aan 2x 2 persoonsbedden en nog 2x1 persoonsbed. Voorkeur is om met maximaal 4 personen deze ruimte te gebruiken. Het appartement was goed ingericht inclusief een wasmachine en droger. Het enige wat voor ons ontbrak was messen. Dit heb ik overigens al als tip gemeld bij de eigenaar. De ligging was centraal t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. De eigenaar geeft je vooraf de huisregels en hoe in het appartement te komen. De beschrijvingen waren top.

조금 비싸긴 했지만 가족들과 같이 지내기에 너무나도 좋았습니다. 주변에 지하철역이 바로 있고 식당 및 편의점등 편의시설들이 많아서 좋았어요. 침대가 제 기준으론 너무나도 편안했어요.
