Location is superb. Right in the heart of Myeongdong. We stayed on the 11th floor where the washing machine and dryer was located. There's also a coffee machine that dispenses very good coffee. Microwave is also available for you to heat up your food.

Nice property. Very conveniently located for the street markets. But the best part by far was Rosy. She was beyond amazing. We arrived to check in late in the evening. We were hungry and she not only recommend a place but ordered it for us and the food was out of this world great. Then she got taxis for us many times, she recommended tourist places and kept in touch with us constantly throughout our stay of 10 nights. Honestly, if it wasn't for Rosy Nine Trees would be at a huge loss. We love Rosy.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the front desk.(Steven). Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay. Also, they clean and stock our room with fresh towels everyday. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon Check in, we were being served by a very helpful and friendly male staff (Daniel) who is also the Manager of the hotel. He displays great customer service and professionalism in helping his guests. Location of this hotel is very convenient and accessible to the subway and bus stations. It's also convenient to many popular restaurants and local food nearby. I will be back again for my next trip to Seoul.
