Location is great! Very close to the subway station and across the road from the busy and lively Myeongdong street markets, shops and restaurants. Everything you need is right there. Our room was clean and fairly big which is not like typical hotel rooms in Asia. Front desk and housekeeping were good and prompt too. Would stay here again.

Check in was seamless. Although there was no early check in, we were allowed to leave our luggage and have lunch first. Staff at reception were polite and helpful. Our room for 3 was huge and we were on level 6 where we had access to the outdoor rooftop. We could see the N Seoul tower from there. The hotel had a nice scent too.

Very convenient location for many things such as going to downtown, subway, bus or taxi, dining nearby, hiking up to cable car for Seoul Tower and SHOPPING including Myungdong(across the street) and at the South Gate(Namdaemun) open market. Friendly staff. Adding yummy breakfast is optional.

Perfect location, especially for someone’s first time in Korea! Loved that everything was so close, such as the Myeongdong Stn and GS25 right outside. Bonus that Isaac Toast was also right around the corner, so we had that for breakfast almost every morning :) would stay here again if it weren’t for the fact that I’d like to try the Hongdae area next time!

Very convenient to subway. Close to Myeongdong street market. Staff are overall polite. However, hotel is not very accommodating. I put up a request for early check-in when booking but when i reached at 2pm they wanted to charge extra krw30,000.
