I stayed in the single room with included bathroom for my first night in Seoul. The room had a lofted bed that I am not used to as a Western tourist. The ladder is bolted to the wall next to bed which can be difficult to get into if you have joint issues. Otherwise the room is good for a solo traveler. The included breakfast is toast with topping options and espresso with add ins.

Centrally located in Seoul which is near to train station and a few shopping malls although the toilet is small. Recommend bringing your own cup to take hot water from water dispenser and toiletries as there is no electric kettle provided.

My experience at this place if you sharing bed you cannot make your own time to sleep place close to shopping street and transportation but in room other persons who sharing room with you they can come any time they want and disturb your sleep if you feel ok with that disturbance on your sleep your choice but for me next time I will not share room with others

The staff were very friendly and it was super easy to check in, but the bed was rock hard and there was no hot water in the restroom for the shower. A lot of convenience stores and stores nearby, along with the night market right outside the entrance. Super easy to get to via subway from Seoul station, but if you’re carrying a lot of luggage good luck.
