We stayed one night with our two teenagers - the room itself is lovely and comfortable however we could hear honking and traffic noises all night (level 5). The hotel didn’t have any common facilities to sit and relax in like a lobby or cafe area either. Close to metro for travel though.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The decor was modern and clean. They brought water bottles to our room every day which we really appreciated. It was nice to soak our feet together in the tub after walking and sightseeing all day!

Room was beautiful but smelled like sewer the whole stay. Staff said it was maybe due to the AC unit or from humidity from people wetting the carpet from the in-room onsen. We asked to be moved to another room but they said it was not possible because they were booked. Also, the TV remote didn’t work for the TV. Staff came to the room and told us that you have to stand up and point the remote 8 inches away from the TV for it to work. Yeah…

ホテルの前は一方通行なのでタクシーを利用する際は注意！ 駅からの道順は分かりやすく、エレベーターがある出口が最寄なのも良い。 靴を脱ぐ部屋で、子連れ旅だったので良かった。 潔癖な日本人でも不満なく過ごせる清潔さ。 シャワーの排水が悪いのが唯一の不満点。 トイレットペーパーを流して良いトイレ◯ プラグ変換器を持っていった方が良い。 フロントの方は日本語話せる方もいる。 話せない方も、携帯の翻訳を使って伝えようとしてくれた。 荷物が多かったのを運んでくれるのを手伝ってくれた。 冷蔵庫の水の補充、タオル交換もしてくれた。
