Spacious unit but basic services

Good - Ultra spacious 3 br unit for our family of 4. Kids love having their own room. Comes with basic facilities and equipment for eating in and lounging about. Cable tv with lots of channels. Washer dryer was most heavily used. Heated flooring was heavenly. 5min walk from subway station. Service when required was good. Bad - a little old furnishings, toiletries not topped up from first day and we had to request twice during our 7 day stay. Nothing much around the area other than some convenience shops and a couple restaurants. However, the bad points are minor compared to the spacious unit at the affordable price point. Happy with our stay!

Overall a disappointing experience. Many elements of our stay was well below expectation. Being the top (18th floor) unit, there was constant noise from A/C or ventilation unit. Lack of cooking appliances was underwhelming and what was there was of very cheap quality. Will NOT be recommending this unit or return in the future. Very disappointing!!

Great for a group of friends

Vabien 1 Suites was perfect for what we needed. Myself and two friends wanted to have a night out on the town in Seoul, so we got the three bedroom suite, which was basically a condo. We each had the privacy of our own bedrooms, and the comfort of a living room and full kitchen should we have needed it. I really liked the layout, and the location was perfect and the price couldn't be beat.

Spacious but not clean

We found the apartment did hot have working AC. Place was very dusty and had marks on ceiling and walls. The kitchen had one frying pan (old and not non-stick) and one pot. Very poorly stocked with equipment to do anything. The apartment had a funny smell and everything felt like it hadn't been wiped clean for years.

Great hotel in perfect location

3 bedroom 2 bath hotel room. Plenty of room for all of us. Close to many of the desirable points of interest. Staff was very helpful, particularly Effy. Everyone did their best to help, even though they spoke very limited english. Furniture a little older but very clean. Good full breakfast. I would recommend.

Very spacious and worth it for a family stay. Couple of suggestions: 1. put some clothes hangers in the room or sell them at the front desk. 2. beds could be improved, was kind of hard. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent. I would stay again.

Nice big apartment

Very nice place to stay. Near subway. Near city centre. Very large apartment for family to stay. Safe and quite. Complete kitchen. Bed was good but the mattress a little bit hard for those that got back problem. Apart from that, only problem I had during my stay was logging in to the complementary wifi. Overall ok.

Vabien - great hotel

Great hotel for those travelling with families & friends. Great location cos near to subway & amenities like 7-11, bakery n restaurants. Apartment is huge & clean. Service staff speak English & are extremely helpful. Highly recommended !
