Not impressed enough to stay again

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast tables were not wiped off before people needed to sit, only at the end. The already hard muffins were put in a container to be put out again the next day. The greasy sausage and hardened eggs were almost inedible. Unwrapped toilet paper in room was previously wet stained and not changed. Air conditioning did not have a constant fan setting, so it constantly went on and off all night. Other than that, the hotel was clean.

I only had one problem. I'm short and had to request a stool in order to get up into the bed. It was extremely high and having had 2 knees replaced I did have a difficult time getting up there! I was in a handicap room but I was surprised the bed was so high!

Decent stay, at bit dissatisfied with the facility. Got a suite that felt like it was from the 2000s. But overall the service from housekeeping was excellent. The pool room was very hot and felt like they didn't even try to cool it. But like I reflected in my review, overall decent 3/5 stay

The man at the front desk spoke English well and was helpful and friendly, but the two rooms we rented had a musty smell and everything seemed damp. The condition of the hotel and rooms in general were worn and in need of repair.

Dim lighting hides drabbiness!

Very dark room. Few lights. Dated. Toilet ran continuously. Tub drained poorly. Mentioned these issues the next morning but staff didn’t seem to care.

The beds were uncomfortable. The free breakfast didn’t have enough food, they ran out of plates 2 days in a row.
