Throughly enjoyable

We found our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The area is relatively quiet with some nice hotels and restaurants close by. Pool service could be improved slightly, the pool menu only opens for a couple of hours in the afternoon with limited options.

Great place, seemed like they were cutting costs in weird places. Signs in the shower about how much water costs. Wouldn’t let you fill a water bottle in the gym and wouldn’t give you ice. Overall, great view at the pool and a nice buffet, but the strange rules made it seem cheap although they advertise at a luxury resort.

Mention spéciale pour Lilia, qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour par sa gentillesse, son attention constante et son professionnalisme. El hotel había sido inaugurado hacía menos de una semana cuando llegamos. Las aperturas son muy complicadas y hay que coger el ritmo. Pero el hotel es fantástico, ubicación excepcional, personal super amable.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind super. Das Essen hat nicht eine sehr grosse Auswahl ,aber es hat alles und ist sehr lecker. Das A-la-Carte Restaurant ist einbisschen überteuert. Es ist schade, dass es kein Spa für ein 5* Hotel hat. Es ist kein schöner Strand vorhanden und der Pool ist nicht beheizt.
