Located in the calmest and most quiet residential area of Sestri Levante, at 500 meters from the beaches of Baia delle Favole and 150 meters from the train station that connects you in just a few minutes to the Cinque Terre, Portofino or even Genoa and its famous aquarium.
The 90 square meter big apartment was completely renovated and made functional, extremely bright and peaceful, it is situated on the mezzanine (without elevator) of a three-floor structure located on a private and residential street, far from the noises of traffic but at the same time centered regarding beaches and historic center, which are only a few hundred meters apart thanks to the railway underpass that connects the area with the center of the city (about 500 meters); furthermore, finding a parking lot in the area in which it is located is effortless.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, internet connection in optical fiber with Wi-Fi and is composed of an ample entrance, a large kitchen diner with a washing machine, dishwasher, television, and gas stove with an oven; a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa with a 32-inch television equipped with Chromecast to share your content directly from your smartphone or tablet; a big double bedroom with two wide and bright windows, a second bedroom that can be arranged with a single double-bed or two single-beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
