Tres bonne communication avec Jean Michel.Accueillant et souple sur les horaires.L appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé en vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner.Dans une rue calme mais à proximité des quais animés et du coeur de Sete.Emplacement idéal pour visiter Sete à pied. La place de parking est un atout.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre ville, ce qui vu la circulation dans Sète est appréciable ! Cerise sur le gâteau : il y a une possibilité de parking sécurisé ! Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute de ses hôtes; Seul bémol : l'appartement donne sur une rue passante. Un excellent séjour à Sète !

L'appartement est agréable, décoré dans le style marin et bien équipé. La terrasse permet de prendre des repas en toute intimité Il est proche du canal et du centre ville. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite il faut savoir cependant qu'il y a quelques marches à monter ou à descendre pour accéder à l'ascenseur. Jean Michel est un hôte sympathique et très attentionné

Super séjour à Sète

Pour notre première fois à Sète en famille (avec un bébé de 1mois), nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jean Michel. Son appartement est très bien situé dans le vieux Sète, avec la place de parking à 5min à pied qui est très appréciable. Le logement est bien équipé, avec une belle pièce de vie et deux balcons. La chambre est assez spacieuse ce qui nous a permis de mettre le lit bébé à côté de nous. Seul hic: l’ascenseur qui est en demi étages donc obligé de porter la poussette sur plusieurs marches

Angenehme Unterkunft

Eine angenehme Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und ein freundlicher, entgegen kommender Vermieter. Das Apartment liegt mitten in der quirligen, lebendigen Altstadt von Sète. In wenigen Gehminuten sind Bäcker und andere Geschäfte zu erreichen. Auch die Kanäle und der Hafen liegen quasi vor der Haustür. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es nette kleine Restaurants und in der Altstadt verschiedene hübsche Cafés. Kleine Buchten und der Strand sind in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist Sète ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Chouette studio pour découvrir Sète !

Très bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied, et bus ou voiture pour les plages La Clim est appréciable mais uniquement dans le salon. Il y a ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable La communication avec JL est rapide et parfaite. Et l’accueil par Fanny au top ! Merci bcp !

Pour le festival de musique Fiesta Sète cette location est parfaite . On profite des restaurants et le théâtre est à 15 minutes à pied . Bon logement pour 4 personnes. un peu petit pour la cinquième sauf si c est un enfant . Propre avec le nécessaire pour les vacances . Le parking est appréciable aussi dans le centre Propriétaire disponible et Fanny très gentille
