Very convenient near airport, town, grocery and a cool shipwreck for snorkeling is a two minute walk. Nice to have parking. Setup perfect for a family with king bed and two twins. Management was very responsive to the few issues we encountered. Well equipped unit had some beach chairs (4), tennis rackets (2), pool noodles, spices, blender, beach towels, etc. had a nice stay.

Everything about this place was as advertised. Plenty of space for 2 -4 people. Just steps to the pool/sea. Within easy walking distance to a handful of restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot, pans and utensils, and everything functions as expected. Faced West, providing awesome sunsets!

Perfect location

Cocoplum was just as nice if not better than the fancy resorts! The beach was great. We snorkeled around the shipwreck and saw the widest variety of fish. The place couldn’t have been any better. Close to shops, restaurants, dive shop (to rent snorkels and masks). They had all we need to cook several meals. Loved it! We will try to stay here again.

One week in paradise

This condo is as advertised and is in a quiet residential group of established condos that have beautiful grounds, small but nice pool and beach with decent snorkeling right out back on a wreck that lies in shallow water. It was very clean, good AC and nice tropical furnishings. The beds were comfortable. My family has stayed in this complex for over 30 years but first time for unit 7. We liked that it was downstairs - no lugging up luggage and dive gear! It overlooks the pool & beach and we felt we had the place to ourselves. My only advice for renters- if you like to cook, there are limited items to cook with and all spices, oils,etc except salt & pepper are removed between rentals. Only measuring cup was 1/4 cup, only spoon measure was a teaspoon and double teaspoon (odd). No casserole type dishes, no small bowls, knives are super dull. All cooking spoons & spatula are plastic. It did not stop us from preparing meals, I just would bring plastic measuring cups and measuring spoons and we bought some throw away aluminum pans at store to use for baking. There is one medium size fry pan. It gets you by, but I’ve stayed at much better stocked kitchens. We also had to purchase extra paper towels and toilet paper. They had plenty of laundry detergent and dish detergent as well as some shampoo - which was appreciated. I thought the listing said we would get one motel room type cleaning during our 7 night stay, but we didn’t. I may have misunderstood that.

Beautiful beach pool area, great staff though imagine condos were built in the 70s. Walls are paper-thin you hear every move of upstairs folks and exterior pictures on line not reflective of actual units. Host did move us and provided partial refund . Should have been a full refund. In this case learned need to very cautious of ratings. Found a unit half mile away and was able to view prior to switching BTW amazing place 150.00 less a night twice the size beach access was the only downside.

Great location…convenient to restaurants

The property is nice and tucked away from the busy traffic. Step out of the condo and onto the small beach. Be sure to bring water shoes and snorkeling equipment. The condo is walking distance from a grocery store and many good restaurants. Shopping on the island is limited compared to home. The unit is well-equipped and it’s great to have a washer and dryer on site. Site out in the evening and watch the beautiful sunsets. In the morning the sun is behind you and you will see the cruise ships come into the port at Georgetown. I recommend taking the very inexpensive buses which run regularly and generally cost $2.50 USD each way. Flag one down and get off just about anywhere. Trading in US dollars and having 110 outlets in a plus for this destination. Highly recommend a trip to the turtle Center.

Wonderful home base

We’ve stayed in various rental properties on Cayman over our 15 years coming here, and this location was perfect. The condo is as advertised, the pool and beach snorkeling were great, and it was convenient to so many amenities. This condo was by far the best stocked with necessities - like toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. We appreciated that so much! Would stay again for sure, and recommend this condo to anyone.

Relaxing Location

Great location and close to everything. The Kitchen is a short walk and has fabulous food. Coconut Joes has the best pina colada on the island. Get the Kings. The resort is a relaxed place without a lot of people. We did not fight for chairs and the pool was pretty empty. Snorkeling right off the property was really good. The only complaint was that the people upstairs were very heavy footed so stay on the 2nd floor.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation and this property. It was right on the beach and we were able to enjoy snorkeling right off the beach. It was convenient to the grocery, liquor store, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.
