Perched on the second floor, #322 enjoys beautiful views of the sea, pools, and lush Caribbean landscaping. Both the living room and primary bedroom open to a screened patio, perfect for al fresco dining, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the sunset.
Inside, the living area features a large HDTV with cable and very comfortable seating. The condo’s position brings in soft morning light while keeping the patio shaded in the afternoon, creating an ideal spot to relax after the beach. Located at the quieter end of the complex, it offers a peaceful retreat with tropical flowers and greenery in view.

BEACH & SAND NOTE
The southern portion of Seven Mile Beach has experienced natural, seasonal sand shifting and erosion, which has at times affected properties like the Marriott and Regal Beach Club.
Beach size can vary—from a smaller strip of sand to minimal or no sand directly in front of the property.
There are steps for easy access into the Caribbean Sea, and the water remains beautifully clear for swimming and snorkeling.

TRANSPORT, GROCERIES & PRACTICAL NOTES
• Transport: Car rentals are readily available (Kayak, Marshall’s, Andy’s, and others), and the public bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away with regular service along West Bay Road.
• Groceries: Foster’s and Kirk Market are a short drive away and offer a full range of local and international products.
• Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays.
ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
• Accessibility: This is a 2nd floor walk up unit; there is no elevator, and it is not wheelchair accessible.
• Parking: On site complex parking for one vehicle.

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
