🐾 THE SPACE 🐾
When you step inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting living area with comfy seating (perfect for belly rubs), a fireplace, and natural light streaming in. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up treats. I’m hoping for bacon! There’s a game room for the humans and a cozy nook for the little ones too.

When it’s time to rest our paws, there are four bedrooms to choose from:

Main Level:
→ King bed with TV and en suite (dibs on this one!)

Upstairs:
→ King bed, Queen bed with en suite, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds with en suite, perfect for the whole pack.

We've made traveling with kids easier than ever! The cabin is equipped with thoughtful amenities like a strap-in booster seat, (2) Pack 'n Play cribs, toddler dinnerware, and baby gates. Your little ones will stay entertained and comfortable.

🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY RULES 🐾
→ Dogs only, please! (Sorry, cats. This one’s for us pups.)
→ Up to 2 dogs per stay, with a $100 fee per dog.
→ House-trained pups only, no accidents, please!
→ No hot tub or pool for us, but that’s okay, I prefer a good puddle anyway.
→ Clean up after yourself (or have your human do it). Waste bags are provided!

We've got your essentials covered for a seamless stay. No need to pack everything from home!
→ Linens: Bedsheets, bath towels, hot tub towels, and washcloths
→ Bathroom Supplies: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper (2 rolls)
→ Kitchen Staples: Paper towels (1 roll), dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods (2), trash bags, and a selection of spices
→ Coffee Bar Essentials: Coffee machine (pod and drip), pods, tea, sugar, creamer, and more
→ Laundry Supplies: Detergent and dryer sheets

🐾 A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE 🐾
→ Maximum Capacity: The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests and allows for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
→ Mountain Roads: No steep roads here! Our community is directly off Veterans Blvd with well paved roads.
→ Hot Tub Rules: Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.
→ Safety Cameras: For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in place. Tampering with these devices is not permitted.
→ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. This helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for both parties.
→ Wildlife: Our cabin is tucked away in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife. The cabin has a roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience! We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment. While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction.
→ Early and Late Checkouts: We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour.
→ No Open Flames or Candles: For the safety of all guests and our property, open flames of any kind—including candles—are strictly prohibited. A $100 fee will be charged if this rule is violated, plus the cost of any damages incurred.
→ No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please keep noise to a minimum after this time.

→ What time are check-in and check-out? Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
→ Do you provide a grill? Yes, we provide a park grill for your outdoor cooking needs.
→ Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? Absolutely! The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled after each guest.
→ Do I need 4-wheel drive to access the cabin? Only under snow or ice conditions. Otherwise, the roads leading to the cabin are easy to drive.
→ How soon will I get access instructions? Arrival details, including the address and door code, are shared 2 days prior to check-in.
→ Do you provide firewood? No need, the fireplace is electric.
→ Can I cancel if the weather is bad? Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, power outages and other things that are beyond our control will not be refunded.
→ Do I need 4-wheel drive? If snow or ice conditions are present, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
