UPDATE:
A 24KW GENERAC in home generator is fully operational should you lose power due to storm or any other situation this generator will kick in 12 seconds to power the entire home. Just installed in February 2023 is a brand new internet with the latest technology that provides high speed internet as well as the ability to enjoy cell service and streaming at the property, 6 brand new smart TV's.
Samsung stove and microwave, two new sofa bed mattresses, a brand new king size mattress and other miscellaneous items that were purchased in Nov/Feb 2022-23

THE SEASON FOR WASPS AND CARPENTER BEES WILL START SOON....YOU MAY ENCOUNTER THEM INSIDE THE CABIN OR OUT IN THE DECK. OUR CABIN IS FUMIGATED ON A REGULAR BASIS TO EXTERMINATE INSECTS' NUISANCE. PLEASE USE THE VACUUM IF YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE AREAS WHERE THEY ARE.
