IDEAL WEARS VALLEY LOCATION
Close to all the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Wears Valley is a hidden gem.
With its rolling green pastures, breathtaking mountain vistas, and quiet country roads lined with old barns and wildflowers, Wears Valley offers a kind of calm that's hard to find anywhere else.
Unlike the busier areas nearby, Wears Valley retains a tranquil, small-town charm. Life here moves at a gentler pace—locals wave as you pass, church bells ring on Sundays, and the sound of a creek or the rustling of trees is more common than traffic.
Your authentic farmhouse sits right in the heart of this peaceful valley, surrounded by the beauty that makes Wears Valley so special. From your porch, you can listen to birdsong in the morning, and watch fireflies dance at dusk.
It's the perfect place to unplug, reconnect, and soak in the stillness of nature—all from the comfort of a farmhouse that feels like home. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch or exploring the valley's hidden treasures, Wears Valley invites you to breathe deeper and live more simply.
Tucked away in peaceful privacy yet just minutes from all the attractions- this lovingly restored farmhouse offers the best of both worlds—country charm and modern comfort.
Once an authentic working farmhouse, rumored to have ties to Dolly Parton’s extended family, the home was relocated to its beautiful setting in 1988. In 2025, it was thoughtfully restored to its former glory with modern upgrades, including a brand-new 6 person hot tub, stainless steel appliances, a remodeled bathroom featuring a vintage clawfoot tub, and stylish touches that honor the home’s heritage while adding today’s conveniences.
Step onto the spacious front porch—picture-perfect for a Southern Living cover—and soak in the mountain air. Give your pets the freedom of the fenced backyard. At day’s end, unwind under the stars in the private hot tub or gather the whole family around the fire pit for s’mores and stories.
With 4 large bedrooms and 2 inviting living rooms, the home comfortably sleeps 8, giving everyone space to relax. The open-concept kitchen, fully stocked with essentials, makes cooking a joy—whether it’s a holiday feast or a quick family meal.
This farmhouse isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to make lasting Tennessee memories with the ones you love.
