Nice hotel overall but not a great experience

The hotel was nice, the bed was super comfortable but unfortunately room 1007 was noisey. I could hear people above me or next room showering. Reception did say I could move rooms but as I was only there for 2 nights on business I couldn't be bother. Continental breakfast is not my thing, but it was OK

Out of city hotel

Average hotel, in need of some refurb ! Worn carpets, shabby architrave s etc. Never managed to find the gym, had to get a key & it was down in the garage area somewhere ?? No out door sitting area,some form of a roof terrace would of been nice ! Poor selection of TV, no English tv stations !!! Well apart from CNBC business news , what a channel to choose ! Breakfast very basic, nothing Hot !!no eggs, no bacon,no sausage, no beans. Overall adequate for a short stay ! Positive - a bus stop to Moncloer in the city center straight outside Hotel

Convenient for business trip

Great service and welcome from the receptionist, including local recommendations. Room very comfortable - desk, sofa, good bed, strong shower. Breakfast forgettable, but not untypical.

The Hotel is comfortable and quiet. Staff are helpful. Only negative was the breakfast selection which was quite limited. Free wifi is appreciated.

Unhappy stay

Not a very good business hotel - issues with flickering lighting and questionable wifi signal. Hot and cold taps didn't work and furniture was very threadbare and dated.

No Air Con

There was no air conditioning (turned off during the winter months) but it was pretty warm outside and the room was an oven. The only option was to open the window which meant I was listening to highway noise all night. Very unpleasant two nights in the hotel because of that.

Madrid without A/C

This was a business trip to Madrid in the summer, the hotel location was great for my trip and the room was a nice size with a decent shower. The air-con was lousy and mine wasn't the only room that had problems. If the air-con was working properly then I would have given it a higher rating.

Good room, little noisey next to the main road.

Overall the stay was very good had a reasonable night sleep
